between rains

the rain let up for a bit so we went down to the water to explore.

we watched the ducks on the water and tried our hardest to communicate with them. we're working on our quacking skills. at the moment they sound a bit like our doggy noises.

"ouff ouff!'

the worms were out so we picked up a few to get a closer look. i've always liked that kind of thing and hope to pass that down to hudson. worms and fish guts? no problem.
